Subarea 1 – Okaloosa Island

  • All property located on Santa Rosa Island in Okaloosa County.

 Subarea 2 – East Fort Walton Beach

  • Starting at the intersection of Miracle Strip Parkway (US Highway 98) and Beal Parkway (State Road 189);
  • directly south to Santa Rosa Sound;
  • east along the shoreline to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • generally east then north then west along the shoreline to Cinco Bayou;
  • generally west along the shoreline until the shoreline meets the western boundary of the town of Cinco Bayou (west of the Cinco Bayou Bridge);
  • generally south along the town boundary until it meets Beal Parkway; and
  • south to the intersection of Miracle Strip Parkway, the starting point.

 Subarea 3 – West Fort Walton Beach

  • Starting at the intersection of Miracle Strip Parkway (US Highway 98) and Beal Parkway (State Road 189);
  • directly south to Santa Rosa Sound;
  • west along the shoreline until the shoreline meets the eastern boundary of the city of Mary Esther (just west of Liza Jackson Park);
  • north then generally north and east following the city boundary until it intersects Mary Esther Cutoff (just south of Liza Jackson Preparatory School);
  • northeast along Mary Esther Cutoff (State Road 393)to Beal Parkway;
  • north on Beal Parkway to Gap Creek;
  • east along the southern shoreline of Gap Creek until it becomes Cinco Bayou;
  • generally east along the shoreline until it meets the western boundary of the town of Cinco Bayou (west of the Cinco Bayou Bridge);
  • generally south along the town boundary until it meets Beal Parkway; and
  • south to the intersection of Miracle Strip Parkway, the starting point.

Subarea 4 – Mary Esther/East of Hurlburt

  • Starting at the intersection of Lovejoy Road with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (to the north) and Hill Avenue (to the south);
  • West along Lovejoy Road and continuing west to the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (Hurlburt Field);
  • south then generally south and west along the boundary until it reaches Santa Rosa Sound;
  • east along the shoreline until it meets the eastern-most boundary of the city of Mary Esther (just west of Liza Jackson Park);
  • north then generally north and west along the city boundary until it intersects with Mary Esther Cutoff (just south of Liza Jackson Preparatory School);
  • continuing west along the city boundary, past a small jog to the south and back, to the point where the boundary turns south (just west of a point north of Brian Circle);
  • continuing west about half the distance to Hill Avenue (about the back property lines of property facing Hill Avenue on its east side);
  • north to Lovejoy Road; and
  • west to the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Hill Avenue, the starting point.

 Subarea 5 – Overbrook/Pinedale

  • Starting at the intersection of Lovejoy Road with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (to the north) and Hill Avenue (to the south);
  • west along Lovejoy Road and continuing west to the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (Hurlburt Field);
  • north then east along the boundary until it intersects Carmel Drive at Comanche Street;
  • east along Carmel Drive to Beal Parkway (State Road 189);
  • south  to Mary Esther Cutoff (State Road 393);
  • southeast to a point where Mary Esther Cutoff intersects the city of Mary Esther boundary (just south of Liza Jackson Preparatory School);
  • west along the city boundary, past a small jog to the south and back, to the point where the boundary turns south (just west of a point north of Brian Circle);
  • continuing west about half the distance to Hill Avenue (about the back property lines of property facing Hill Avenue on its east side);
  • north to Lovejoy Road; and west to the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Hill Avenue, the starting point.

Subarea 6 – Ocean City

  • Starting on Beal Parkway (State Road 189) where it intersects Gap Creek (just north of Mary Esther Cutoff);
  • generally east along the northern shoreline of Gap Creek until it becomes Cinco Bayou;
  • generally east along the northern shoreline of Cinco Bayou until it reaches Garnier Bayou;
  • generally north along the shoreline then generally east and north to Don’s Bayou;
  • generally east along the southern shoreline of Don’s Bayou to a point where the shoreline reaches its southern most point (just east of Mooney Road);
  • directly southwest to Racetrack Road (State Road 188);
  • west on Racetrack Road to Beal Parkway; and
  • south to Gap Creek, the starting point.

 Subarea 7 – Wright

  • Starting at the intersection of Carmel Drive and Beal Parkway (State Road 189);
  • west on Carmel Drive to its intersection with the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base at Comanche Street;
  • north along the boundary then generally north until the boundary turns to the east just north of Willow Bend Subdivision;
  • continuing generally east along the boundary until it intersects Lewis Turner Boulevard (approximately at Pamela Ann Drive);
  • southwest along Lewis Turner Boulevard (State Road 189) until it becomes Beal Parkway;
  • south along Beal Parkway to Carmel Drive, the starting point.

 Subarea 8 – Kenwood/Golf Course

  • Starting at the intersection of Racetrack Road and Beal Parkway (State Road 189);
  • north on Beal Parkway until it turns into Lewis Turner Boulevard;
  • northeast on Lewis Turner Boulevard until it intersects with the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (at approximately Pamela Ann Drive);
  • east, south, then east along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base until it reaches Garnier Bayou;
  • generally south along the shoreline of Garnier Bayou to Don’s Bayou;
  • west along the northern shore of Don’s Bayou to a point north of where the southern shore of the bayou dips to its southern-most point;
  • southwest to Racetrack Road (State Road 188);
  • west to Beal Parkway, the starting point.

 Subarea 9 – Poquito Bayou

  • Starting on the eastern shore of Garnier Bayou at a point where the shoreline intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (just west of North Drive in Longwood Subdivision);
  • East then south then generally south along the boundary until it intersects Poquito Bayou;
  • South along the western shore of Poquito Bayou then continuing generally west along the shoreline to Garnier Bayou;
  • generally north along the eastern shore of Garnier Bayou until it intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base, the starting point.

 Subarea 10 – Shalimar/Port Dixie

  • Starting on the eastern shore of Garnier Bayou at Eglin Parkway (State Road 85);
  • generally north along the shoreline to Poquito Bayou;
  • generally east along the southern shoreline of Poquito Bayou to the point where the shoreline intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (just west and north of Shalimar Elementary School);
  • east then south then east along the boundary to a point just east of 12th Street (at the section line between Section 4 and Section 5);
  • directly south along the section line (on a line just east of 12th Street and just west of Country Club Road) to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • generally west along the shoreline to Garnier Bayou;
  • generally north along the shoreline to Eglin Parkway, the starting point.

 Subarea 11 – Lake Lorraine

  • Starting on the northern shore of Choctawhatchee Bay at the point where the shoreline intersects with the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base just northeast of Shalimar Point;
  • west along the boundary to a point just east of 12th Street (at the section line between Section 4 and Section 5);
  • directly south along the section line (just east of 12th Street and just west of Country Club Road) to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • southeast then northeast along the northern shore of Choctawhatchee Bay to the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base, the starting point.

 Subarea 12 – Mary Esther/West of Hurlburt

  • Starting on the northern shore of Santa Rosa Sound at the point where the shoreline intersects with the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (Hurlburt Field) just south and west of Hurlburt Main Gate;
  • North then generally west along the boundary to the Okaloosa County/Santa Rosa County line;
  • south to Santa Rosa Sound;
  • east along the shoreline to the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base just south and west of the Hurlburt Main Gate, the starting point
