Subarea 1 – Mack Bayou

  • Starting at the intersection of Mack Bayou Road and Emerald Coast Parkway (US Highway 98);
  • West along Emerald Coast Parkway to a point where property located on the north side of the road is within the boundaries of Sandestin Resort;
  • generally north then west along the boundary of property within Sandestin Resort until that boundary meets Choctawhatchee Bay southeast of Driftwood Estates;
  • northeast then southwest along the shoreline to Hewett Bayou;
  • south along the shoreline to the southern tip of Hewett Bayou;
  • continuing south along the western-most water inlet of Hewett Bayou to Emerald Coast Parkway; 
  • West to Mack Bayou Road, the starting point.

Subarea 2 – Hewett Bayou

  • Starting at the intersection of Don Bishop Road and Emerald Coast Parkway (US Highway 98);
  • north along Don Bishop Road and continuing north to Hogtown Bayou (Choctawhatchee Bay);
  • west along the shoreline to Hewett Bayou;
  • south along the shoreline to the southern tip of Hewett Bayou;
  • continuing south along the western-most water inlet of Hewett Bayou to Emerald Coast Parkway;
  • east to Don Bishop Road, the starting point.

Subarea 3 – Don Bishop to Churchill Bayou

  • Starting at the intersection of Don Bishop Road and Emerald Coast Parkway (US Highway 98);
  • north along Don Bishop Road and continuing north to Hogtown Bayou (Choctawhatchee Bay);
  • east along the shoreline to Churchill Bayou;
  • south along the shoreline to the southern tip of Churchill Bayou;
  • continuing south to Emerald Coast Parkway (just east of Canosa Boulevard following an unidentified and often unmapped stream); 
  • west to Don Bishop Road, the starting point.

Subarea 4 – Churchill Bayou to Highway 393

  • Starting at the intersection of County Road 393 and Emerald Coast Parkway (US Highway 98);
  • north to Churchill Bayou Road;
  • west to Churchill Bayou;
  • south along the shoreline to the southern tip of Churchill Bayou;
  • continuing south to Emerald Coast Parkway (just east of Canosa Boulevard following an unidentified and often unmapped stream); 
  • east to County Road 393, the starting point.

Subarea 5 – Live Oak Point and Old Town of Santa Rosa

  • Starting at the intersection of Nellie Drive and Chat Holly Road;
  • west on Chat Holly Road to Churchill Bayou Road;
  • west to Churchill Bayou;
  • north to Hogtown Bayou (Choctawhatchee Bay);
  • northeast along the shoreline then continuing along the shoreline around Live Oak Point to a point just north of Nellie Drive; 
  • south on Nellie Drive to Chat Holly Road, the starting point.

Subarea 6 – Chat Holly to Bay

  • Starting at the intersection of Nellie Drive and Chat Holly Road;
  • north on Nellie Drive to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • southeast along the shoreline to US Highway 331;
  • south to Chat Holly Road; and
  • west to Nellie Drive, the starting point.

Subarea 7 – Chat Holly to Highway 98

  • Starting at the intersection of County Road 393 and Emerald Coast Parkway (US Highway 98);
  • north to Chat Holly Road;
  • east to US Highway 331;
  • south to Emerald Coast Parkway; and
  • west to County Road 393, the starting point.
