Subarea 1 – Villa Tasso

  • Starting on the north shore of Choctawhatchee Bay at the Okaloosa County/Walton County line;
  • northeast along the shoreline to the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base;
  • generally north and west along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base to the Okaloosa County/Walton County line; and
  • south to the shore of Choctawhatchee Bay, the starting point.

Subarea 2 – Choctaw Beach

  • Starting on the north shore of Choctawhatchee Bay at the eastern-most boundary of Eglin Air Force Base west of Hammock Point;
  • north then generally west and south along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base back to Choctawhatchee Bay; and
  • east along the shoreline to the eastern-most boundary of Eglin Air Force Base west of Hammock Point, the starting point.

Subarea 3 – Basin Bayou

  • Starting on the north shore of Choctawhatchee Bay at the western-most boundary of Eglin Air Force Base east of Hammock Point;
  • north then east then south along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base back to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • east along the shoreline to a point where the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base turns north (at Dolphin Cove);
  • north then east then south along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base back to Choctawhatchee Bay; and
  • west along the shoreline to the western-most boundary of Eglin Air Force Base east of Hammock Point, the starting point.

Subarea 4 – Portland

  • Starting on the western shore of Alaqua Bayou at the western-most boundary of Eglin Air Force Base on Alaqua Bayou (at Alaqua Drive);
  • North along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base continuing to follow the boundary until it intersects Alaqua Creek (northeast of Alaqua Creek Park);
  • south along the shoreline to Alaqua Bayou; and
  • south along the western-shore of Alaqua Bayou to the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base, the starting point.

Subarea 5 – Bay Loop

  • Starting on the northern shore of Alaqua Bayou at the entrance to Alaqua Creek;
  • north along the shoreline of Alaqua Creek to its intersection with Eglin Air Force Base at the boundary just northeast of Alaqua Creek Park;
  • east along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base until the boundary turns to the north at the Freeport city limit;
  • south then east along the city limit of Freeport to East Bay Loop Road (County Road 83A);
  • south on East Bay Loop Road to Power Line Road;
  • east continuing past the end of Power Line Road to Lagrange Bayou;
  • south along the shoreline to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • west along the shoreline to Alaqua Bayou; and
  • north along the shoreline to Alaqua Creek, the starting point.

Subarea 6 – Freeport

  • Starting at the intersection of US Highway 331 and Owl’s Head Drive;
  • East on Owl’s Head to Magnolia Creek;
  • south along the shoreline of Magnolia Creek to Lafayette Creek;
  • west and then south along the shoreline of Lafayette Creek until it intersects the Freeport city limit on a line directly east of the intersection of Old Eucheeanna Road and North Jackson Street;
  • east then south then continuing generally south along the city limit of Freeport until the city limit turns to the west at a point just northwest of the intersection of State Road 20 and Joe Campbell Road;
  • south to State Road 20;
  • continuing south to Ramset Branch;
  • west then southwest along the shoreline to Lagrange Bayou;
  • west along the northern shoreline of Lagrange Bayou to a point directly east of Power Line Road;
  • west to Power Line Road;
  • west to East Bay Loop Road (County Road 83A);
  • north to the northern-most city limit of Freeport that intersects East Bay Loop Road at a point where the city limit turns to the west;
  • west then north along the city limit to a point where the city limit turns to the east and the city limit intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base;
  • north then east along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base to US Highway 331; and
  • north on US Highway 331 to Owl’s Head Road, the starting point.

Subarea 7 – Bay Grove

  • Starting on the eastern shore of Lagrange Bayou at the entrance to Ramsey Branch;
  • east along the shoreline of Ramsey Branch to US Highway 331;
  • south to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • north along the shoreline to Lagrange Bayou; and
  • north along the shoreline to the entrance to Ramsey Branch, the starting point.

Subarea 8 – Jolly Bay

  • Starting at the north shore of Choctawhatchee Bay at US Highway 331;
  • north on US Highway 331 to Black Creek Road (County Road 3280);
  • east then continuing generally east to Black Creek;
  • southwest along the shoreline to Choctawhatchee Bay; and
  • east to US Highway 331, the starting point.

Subarea 9 – Black Creek Road West

  • Starting at the intersection of US Highway 331 and Black Creek Road (County Road 3280);
  • east then continuing generally east to Black Creek;
  • east along the shoreline of Black Creek to Camp Creek;
  • northeast along the shoreline of Camp Creek to Walker Branch;
  • north along the shoreline of Walker Branch to State Road 20;
  • west to a point directly north of Ramsey Branch just east of the intersection of State Road 20 and Joe Campbell Road;
  • south to Ramsey Branch;
  • west then southwest along the shoreline to US Highway 331; and
  • south to Black Creek Road, the starting point.

Subarea 10 – South of Highway 20, Camp Creek to Black Creek

  • Starting along the shoreline of Walker Branch where it intersects State Road 20;
  • south along the shoreline to Camp Creek;
  • southeast along the shoreline to Black Creek;
  • east then continuing generally northeast along the shoreline to State Road 20; and
  • west to Walker Branch, the starting point.

Subarea 11 – Black Creek Road East/Mitchell

  • Starting along the shore of Black Creek where it intersects State Road 20;
  • southwest along the shoreline to Choctawhatchee Bay;
  • south along the shoreline to the northern-most leg at the mouth of the Choctawhatchee River;
  • east along the shoreline of the Choctawhatchee River to a point directly south of the eastern-most point on Black Creek Road (County Road 3280) where the road turns to the north;
  • north to Black Creek Road;
  • north to State Road 20; and
  • west to Black Creek, the starting point.

Subarea 12 – Windswept Estates

  • Starting at Magnolia Creek where it insects with Owl’s Head Road;
  • south along the shoreline of Magnolia Creek to Lafayette Creek;
  • west and then south along the shoreline of Lafayette Creek until it intersects the Freeport city limit on a line directly east of the intersection of Old Eucheeanna Road and North Jackson Street;
  • east then south then continuing generally south along the city limit of Freeport until the city limit turns to the west at a point just northwest of the intersection of State Road 20 and Joe Campbell Road;
  • south to State Road 20;
  • east to Antioch Cemetery Road;
  • north along Antioch Cemetery Road then continuing generally north on First American Farms roads to Seven Runs;
  • west along the shoreline to a point directly northeast of the point where Owl’s Head Road turns south;
  • southwest to Owl’s Head Road; and
  • west to Magnolia Creek, the starting point.

Subarea 13 – Bruce

  • Starting at the intersection of State Road 20 and Antioch Cemetery Road;
  • north along Antioch Cemetery Road then continuing generally north on First American Farms roads to Seven Runs;
  • east along the shoreline to the Dead River;
  • southeast along the shoreline to the Choctawhatchee River;
  • south then continuing generally south then west along the shore of the Choctawhatchee River to a point directly south of the eastern-most point on Black Creek Road (County Road 3280) where the road turns to the north;
  • north to Black Creek Road;
  • north to State Road 20; and
  • west to Antioch Cemetery Road, the starting point.
