It’s that time of year again. If you have the basic Active key, you should have received the annual renewal bill for the key.
You’ll actually receive one or two bills, one for the Key renewal, and the other to renew the insurance, if you already have it. You can pay the key renewal fees by mailing a check to Supra, paying by credit/debit card through the Supra website, or call ECAR MLS and we can take the payment through our Supra Net program.
If you don’t wish to continue using the Supra key service, you will need to return the key to ECAR (either office), and have the account cancelled. Please be sure to get a receipt for the key when you return it. You can also mail the key to the main office, and a receipt will be emailed to you when the account is cancelled.
Now may be a good time to consider upgrading to the eKey service on your phone. If you have an Android or iPhone, you can use your phone as your Supra key. And with the new Bluetooth lockboxes, you don’t need any extra devices like a fob to make it work.
Please keep in mind that this is NOT an ECAR fee, but a Supra fee that must be paid directly to Supra. Please do not mail a check to ECAR for this fee, and the invoice will NOT be available through the ECAR member services portal.
