The Emerald Coast Association of Realtors® (ECAR) is made up of over 3000 Realtor® members and Affiliate members. ECAR members are members of the largest Realtor® association in the country, the Florida Association of Realtors®. Each member proudly displays the Realtor ® "R" because he or she is a member of the National Association of Realtors®.
Not Every Real Estate Broker Is A Realtor®!
The term "Realtor" and the blue Realtor® "R" have been used for over 100 years to identify those real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of Realtors®. Realtors® adhere to strict standards of ethical conduct. Consumers find Realtors® to be more professional, more knowledgeable, and better prepared than other real estate sales associates.
What Does ECAR Offer Its Members?
In addition to all of the benefits offered by NAR and FAR, Emerald Coast Realtors® enjoy a variety of services and events provided for them by the many volunteers at ECAR as well as by the dedicated ECAR administrative team. These services include educational opportunities, products for their business, enhanced Multiple Listing Service features, and keybox services.
