Dear ECAR Members,
I am writing with important updates regarding ECAR events for the remainder of the year.
First, I am pleased to inform you that our ECAR Cares charitable fund for Hurricane Relief has raised $2,000 and that the CPAR staff has been working intermittently in our South Walton office.
As a thank you for serving, ECAR President Liz McMaster will be making a $100 donation in each Board Members name. If you’d like to make an additional contribution, please consider making a donation
In keeping with the spirit of providing financial assistance to our neighbors, President-Elect Nina McCaslin-Horn has very graciously requested the net amount budgeted for her Installation Banquet go to the ECAR Cares fund for Hurricane Relief. Therefore, the Installation Banquet has been cancelled.
Nina requests you consider donating your Installation Banquet attendance fee to the ECAR Cares fund.
In lieu of the Installation Banquet, our LDP Graduation, Annual Awards, and Installation of ECAR's 2019 Officers and Directors will be held at our rescheduled Annual Member Meeting on Friday, Dec. 7 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Hilton Sandestin.
