The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients. The GRI modules can be taken in any order and you must complete all 3 modules within 5 years to earn the designation. The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification prepares REALTORS® to service the growing resort and second-home market in their communities. This designation is awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® Resort Specialty division to real estate practitioners in the United States and foreign countries who meet the specified educational criteria. www.REALTOR.org/resort

The SRES Designation course seeks to instill knowledge and understanding of and empathy for 55+ real estate clients and customers.
