Bylaws Committee
Purpose:
The Bylaws Committee shall be appointed by and will convene at the request of the President of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors to review the bylaws, policy, and articles to ensure that the Association is in compliance with the rules that have been set forth by the National Association of Realtors. The Bylaws Committee, if necessary, make recommendations to the Board of Directors for the addition of new articles, the amendment of existing articles, or the removal of existing articles, when such action is necessary. The bylaws are established to regulate the conduct of directors, officers, members, and staff and sets forth rules governing internal and external affairs of the Association.
