Res Prop Mgmt MLS Committee
Purpose:
The purpose of the Residential Property Management MLS Committee is to provide the property management members with an opportunity to meet and discuss issues and matters that affect their business and ability to do business. It provides a mechanism for input to ECAR regarding the development of programs, products and services as it relates to the property managers. This is also a vehicle to educate and recommend action on matters of legislation and regulation as they affect the property management industry, specifically FL Chapter 83 Part II. The RPM Committee also maintains the Residential Rental MLS Category.
