Tour Area Rotation |
|
1st and 5th Tuesday |
the tour includes Seminole (Subarea 1307), Bluewater Bay (Subarea 1308), and Villa Tasso (Subarea 1310) |

2nd and 4th Tuesday |
the tour will start in Valparaiso (Subareas 1301 and 1302) and end in Niceville (Subareas 1303 to 1306) |

3rd Tuesday |
the tour will start with any listings in Choctaw Beach (Subarea 1311) and end in the Bluewater Bay vicinity (subareas 1307, 1308 and 1310) |
Tour Rules:
- A house can only be on tour once in a 6 month period except:
- When ownership changes,
- Both listing agency and listing agent change and the house has not been on tour for at least six months.
- Or, if there is space available after other properties not previously on tour have been scheduled.
- Properties for resale and new construction in area 13 east to and including Lake Sharon Estates will be accepted for the tour. Properties on tour, both new construction and resales, must be in MLS with the status of Construction Complete, with landscaping complete, and with utilities turned on.

How do I get on the information ie update list of MLS Tours for Destin to Inlet Beach.
There was a cancellation this week which really was a major issue.
