Destin (Main Area 14) MLS Tour

First Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.

Meeting Location: Coldwell Banker United, Realtors; 4458 Legendary Drive, Suite 100; Destin, FL

1.              The tour is limited to eight properties and reservations are taken in the order in which they are entered into MLS.  If there are two or more properties in the same condominium, we will take more than eight.

2.              To place a house on the tour proceed as follows:

a.       From the List-It Main screen, click on Maintenance.

b.       Type the MLS number of the listing.

c.       In the Action list, select Tour Date.

d.       Type in the date of the required tour (example; 01/01/2010)

e.       Click the Update button.

3.              To verify the listing was entered for the tour:

a.       Go to Quick Search

b.       Change the Category to Combined Residential,

c.       Select Main Area 14

d.       Click on More (bottom right),

e.       From the menu on the left, select Date: Tour and enter the date as in step 5d above. Then click Set.
