Listings must be in ECAR MLS.

1. Listing agent or listing agent's representative from listing agent's office must be present at the DeFuniak Springs MLS Tour meeting in order for property to be shown. If neither is present, then the property will not be shown and must be rescheduled.
2. A home can only be on tour once in a 6-month period except when:
   1. Ownership changes,
   2. Both listing agency and listing agent changes.
3. The maximum of 8 homes will be on tour each month. The first 8 received and confirmed with the Host office, by day and time, will be scheduled. Host office will use their discretion.
4. Property location shall be limited to a distance of 10 miles from the DeFuniak Springs city limits.
5. Only 2 listings per brokerage shall be scheduled unless tour is not filled to capacity. Please feel free to call Host Office to check capacity and availability.
6. Host office will begin accepting listings for the monthly tour 10 days prior to the tour.
7. The cut-off time for accepting listings will be 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the tour. Please fax your listings prior to the above time and day.
8. Listing Tour begins at 8:30 a.m. with coffee, donuts, etc. being served from 8:30 to 8:45 a.m.
9. The Host office will prepare the tour schedule and copies of the listings in the order they are to be seen.
10. When you attend the tour, please, as a courtesy, complete the tour and visit all the listings.
