ECAR August New Member Orientation Cancelled

Due to Tropical Storm, soon to be Hurricane, Isaac, the New Member Orientation scheduled for Tuesday, August 28, has been cancelled.

The decision was made to cancel the session due to the high possibility of a close strike, leading to unfavorable or dangerous driving conditions. Parts of the ECAR are already under a mandatory evacuation and others are experiencing school and business closings.

The next session will be held on September 25, 2012. If you are registered for the August orientation, your registration will automatically be moved to the next month. The August session will not be counted as one of the three possibilities for attendance to this mandatory meeting.
