Leadership Development Program (LDP)

This program will not teach you how to list and sell real estate, or finance a home, or any of the functions of your daily activities as an agent. Stressed will be the leadership skills required to keep the Association of REALTORS working for you. Upon completion of this program, you will have a good understanding of the association on a local, state, and national level, and will have acquired some new skills in leadership. The intent is that you will want to use these skills to the betterment of our association on a local, and perhaps state level.
