Subarea 1 – Valparaiso South of Tom’s Bayou
- Starting at the western end of Tom’s Bayou where it intersects with the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base;
- south then continuing east and south along the boundary until it intersects Boggy Bayou (at the inlet of Weekley Bayou);
- generally north along the shoreline of Boggy Bayou to Tom’s Bayou;
- generally west along the southern shoreline of Tom’s Bayou to the bayou’s western end, the starting point.
Subarea 2 – Valparaiso North of Tom’s Bayou
- Starting at the western end of Tom’s Bayou where it intersects with the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base;
- north then west then north then east along the boundary until it intersects Turkey Creek (just west of where College Boulevard runs east/west);
- southeast along the western shoreline of Turkey Creek to Boggy Bayou;
- southeast along the western shoreline of Boggy Bayou to Tom’s Bayou;
- west along the northern shoreline of Tom’s Bayou to its western end, the starting point.
Subarea 3 – South of Valparaiso Boulevard
- Starting at the eastern end of Valparaiso Boulevard where it intersects the shoreline of Rocky Bayou;
- west along Valparaiso Boulevard then continuing west to the shoreline of Boggy Bayou;
- southeast along the eastern shoreline of Boggy Bayou to Shirk Point;
- northeast along the western shore of Rocky Bayou to Valparaiso Boulevard, the starting point.
Subarea 4 – South of State Road 20 to Valparaiso Boulevard
- Starting at the eastern end of Valparaiso Boulevard where it intersects the shoreline of Rocky Bayou;
- west along Valparaiso Boulevard then continuing west to the shoreline of Boggy Bayou;
- northwest along the eastern shore of Boggy Bayou to Turkey Creek;
- northwest along the eastern shoreline of Turkey Creek to John Sims Parkway (State Road 20);
- east on John Sims Parkway to Swift Creek;
- south along Swift Creek to Rocky Bayou;
- south along the western shoreline of Rocky Bayou to Valparaiso Boulevard, the starting point.
Subarea 5 – Niceville North
- Starting at the intersection of John Sims Parkway (State Road 20) and Turkey Creek;
- north along the eastern shoreline of Turkey Creek to the point where it intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (just west of where College Boulevard runs east/west);
- east along the boundary to College Boulevard;
- east on College Boulevard to Swift Creek;
- southeast along the shoreline of Swift Creek to John Sims Parkway;
- west on John Sims Parkway to Turkey Creek, the starting point.
Subarea 6 – Rocky Bayou Area
- Starting at the intersection of College Boulevard and Swift Creek;
- east on College Boulevard then continuing east then south along the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base to Rocky Bayou;
- generally west along the northern shoreline of Rocky Bayou to Swift Creek;
- northwest along the eastern shoreline of Swift Creek to College Boulevard, the starting point.
Subarea 7 – Seminole
- Starting on the north end of Hickory Street where it intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (just south of Range Road);
- south on Hickory Street to its south end where it intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base;
- east then north then west along the boundary to the north end of Hickory Road, the starting point.
Subarea 8 – Bluewater Bay
- Starting at the northern shoreline of Choctawhatchee Bay at the Okaloosa County/Walton County line;
- west then generally southwest along the shoreline of Choctawhatchee Bay to White Point;
- northwest along the shoreline to Rocky Bayou;
- generally north then east along the eastern shoreline of Rocky Bayou to a point where the shoreline intersects the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base (just south of the mouth of Rocky Creek);
- east then south then east along the boundary to the north end of Hickory Street;
- south on Hickory Street to its south end where it intersects with the boundary of Eglin Air Force Base;
- directly east to the Okaloosa County/Walton County line;
- south to Choctawhatchee Bay, the starting point.
