Area 20 sub area 4 and 6 will be combined. Sub area 9 and 10 will be combined. Sub area 12 and 13 will be combined. The line separating sub area 4/6 and 5 will be moved to Hwy 20. The line separating sub area 4/6 and 12 will be moved to Hwy 331. The line separating sub area 4/6 and 9/10 will be moved to Hwy 331 and Hwy 20. The line separating sub area 12/13 and 11 will be moved north to Hwy 20.
