Courthouse Retrieval System

Courthouse Retrieval System – This service includes information gathered from the various county public websites: Clerk of Courts, Property Appraiser, and Tax Collector. It also includes maps and other informational reports. This service is only available through the MLS system.

Listing Syndication

Listing syndication is a method by which listing information from the MLS system is disseminated to other websites. This can be done by third party listing syndication companies, agent/brokerage IDX feeds, or contracted websites.

ECAR sends select listings to the websites below for dissemination. Selection is based on field choices made by the listing broker or their representative at the time the listing is submitted to the MLS.

Parcel ID formats above use a different letter to represent each portion of the Parcel ID as described below. The number of times each occurs represents the number of digits/characters to use. Note that the hyphens are a significant part of the format.

Parcel ID format key:
S = Section
T = Township
R = Range
D = Subdivision Number
B = Block ID
L = Lot ID
M = Main Number
F = First Division
N = Second Division
