Applications open for members interested in running for elected positions.

September 5 – Candidate Filing Closes
All applications must be submitted by end of day. Late entries will not be accepted.

September 10 – Election Committee Certifies Applications
Committee meets to verify candidate eligibility and finalize the ballot.

September 16 – Candidate Forum 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, FWB Office + Facebook Live https://www.facebook.com/ECAOR)
Public forum for candidates to introduce themselves and share their platform with members.

September 22–26 – Voting Period
Electronic voting opens to all eligible members. Voting closes promptly at 5:00 PM on September 26.

September 26 – Election Committee Certifies Results
After polls close, the Election Committee certifies the results.

September 26–27 – Winners Notified
The 2025 President will personally notify elected candidates prior to public announcement, which is to be done by next business day per bylaws.

September 29 – Membership Announcement
Certified election results and winner names will be shared with the full membership.
