2027 Election Cycle Timeline

July 13 – Candidate Applications Open
Applications open for members interested in running for elected positions. -
July 24 – Candidate Applications Close
All applications must be submitted by end of day. Late entries will not be accepted. -
Election Committee Certifies Applications
Committee meets to verify candidate eligibility and finalize the ballot. -
Candidate Forum
Public forum for candidates to introduce themselves and share their platform with members. -
Voting Period
Electronic voting opens to all eligible members at 8:00am on September 14. Voting closes promptly at 5:00pm on September 18. -
September 18 – Election Committee Certifies Results
After polls close, the Election Committee certifies the results. -
Winners Notified
The 2026 President will personally notify elected candidates prior to public announcement, which is to be done by next business day per bylaws. -
Membership Announcement
Certified election results and winner names will be shared with the full membership.
