Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to identify, cultivate, and empower future leaders within the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS®. This program benefits REALTORS® who want to strengthen their leadership skills and expand their impact—both within the association and throughout the broader community.

LDP provides participants with the knowledge, experience, and connections needed to build positive, collaborative relationships at the local, state, and national levels. Through committee involvement and participation in Florida REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® meetings, members gain a deeper understanding of the industry and the power of engaged leadership.

Graduates of ECAR’s LDP emerge more confident, connected, and prepared to serve effectively as leaders in their profession and community.
