Florida Realtors is continuing to work on updates to forms and the creation of new forms in response to NAR’s proposed settlement.

• In the meantime, several forms were updated as of March 19, 2024
  • The updates released on March 19 have been in the works for some time and are not intended to be responsive to NAR’s proposed settlement.
  • On the listing agreements, the only thing that changed is the “if this box is checked, refer to your local MLS rules regarding entry” section of the form.
    • This was a clarifying change on 0% compensation.
