Add Your Property to a Tour

• On FlexMLS.com Go to the Menu
• Select Change Listing
• Enter the MLS number of the listing you would like to add the Broker Open House, or choose that property from the list, if necessary click Next
• Click Broker Open House in the bottom-right quadrant of the page
• The page will display any Broker Open Houses already scheduled for your property between the dates listed at the top of the page
• To add a date, click the Add button at the bottom of the page
• Enter the date, start and end time, and any comments, then click Next

Look Up Tour Properties per Area

• Go to Daily Functions
• Select Broker/Public Open Houses
• Select Broker Open House
• Enter the Date or Date Range for which you are interested in Broker Open Houses
• Hit Next to view the results
