Add Your Property to a Tour
- On FlexMLS.com Go to the Menu
- Select Change Listing
- Enter the MLS number of the listing you would like to add the Broker Open House, or choose that property from the list, if necessary click Next
- Click Broker Open House in the bottom-right quadrant of the page
- The page will display any Broker Open Houses already scheduled for your property between the dates listed at the top of the page
- To add a date, click the Add button at the bottom of the page
- Enter the date, start and end time, and any comments, then click Next
Look Up Tour Properties per Area
- Go to Daily Functions
- Select Broker/Public Open Houses
- Select Broker Open House
- Enter the Date or Date Range for which you are interested in Broker Open Houses
- Hit Next to view the results
